Mortgage Advisor

This employed Mortgage Adviser job in London is ideal for an
experienced individual excited by the opportunity of launching a mortgage desk
within a rapidly growing wealth management business that soon will surpass £500m
FuM across the group

Our client has an excellent array of opportunity for you to
proactively utilise, with numerous existing wealth management clients who would
benefit from them having an in-house Mortgage & Protection Advisor.

In addition, the business is in discussions with a potential
acquisition, that has £100m of lending that is nearing the end of their fixed
term deals within next 12 months

As you will be the first in-house Mortgage & Protection
Advisor, it is critical you have the skills, knowledge, confidence and
motivation to thrive in this role. Individuals with whole-of-market and complex
mortgage knowledge is essential

Mortgage Adviser Requirements

• You
  must hold full CeMAP or equivalent
• You must
  have current CAS status as a Mortgage Advisor with 3 – 5 + years’ experience
• You must
  be capable of being the first Mortgage Advisor and able to create / establish
  the mortgage desk effectively

The Company

Our client with their head office based in London has
acquired a series of IFA firms across the UK. They are tech savvy, whilst still
maintaining a traditional approach to financial advice. The company are
directly authorised offering independent financial advice, with a centralised
investment proposition.

Mortgage Adviser Benefits

• Salary
  of £35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience plus performance related
  bonus

  based role (potential for hybrid in due course, but is important you are present
  in the office fully for time being)
