Steve Higson

Profile Summary

Steve has been in Financial Services since leaving college 38 years ago. He has worked for a High Street Bank, where he obtained his ACIB qualification, starting as an Office Junior and progressing to become a Financial Adviser. Following this, he entered the world of Independent Financial Advice, starting as an IFA before moving to Team Leader, Area Manager, Regional Manager and finally National Sales Manager. Since 2012, he held more strategic and senior roles with a number of well-known national IFA firms where he was integral to their acquisition programme. Steve still holds his DipFA qualification.

In 2020, Steve decided that with all this experience, and a clear understanding of what a candidate and an employer want, that to join Premier was the logical decision. Steve is able to utilise his in-depth knowledge of financial services to assist candidates and clients in making informed decisions.

When not in work Steve likes to enjoy holidays with family and friends as well as cooking and entertaining.
