Acquisition Option – ‘Sell and Go’
Our client is looking to acquire clients within the South Yorkshire or East Midlands regions through their proven acquisition model. They are able to utilise their open architecture to ensure acquired clients receive minimal disruption. Your services would be utilised in the first 1 – 3 months to support transitioning through handing over clients to the new Financial Adviser. New client fee agreements are obtained on existing terms of the seller, to avoid unsettling clients; and only after embedding relationships over 12-month review period may potentially uplift fees where new services offered.
Value – circa 3 to 3.5x recurring income
