This Sales Advisor job in Brighton pays a bonus for every sale you make!

You will be receiving inbound sales enquiries from existing customers and policyholders to discuss their current products. During your conversation, you will look to identify where they can benefit from other products and make sales. Plus, there will be an element of outbound calls to existing customers and policyholders (no cold calling!)

Top performers within their team and proactive individuals who regularly identify cross sale opportunities and build great relationships with customers.

Sales Advisor Requirements

• This Sales Advisor role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people and comfortable talking to them over the phone
• You should be an ambitious and confident individual
• You should be self-motivated

Sales Advisor Benefits

• Salary of £21,500 plus uncapped commission directly based on your performance
• Sales Consultants earn on average £300 - £450 pm bonus with top performers earning £1,000 in bonus pm
• 37.5 hours per week
• Working shifts of either 9am - 5:30pm or 10am - 6:30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9am - 5:30pm on Friday
• 25 days plus bank holidays, also opportunity upon joining to buy up to 5 extra days holiday
• 3 paid days a year to give back to local community by volunteering
