Ryan joined Premier Jobs UK in September 2013 under a higher apprenticeship. Having become the first person in the country to complete a Level 4 Diploma in Management and Recruitment. In March 2022, he was awarded Distinction in his Level 7 MBA in Senior Leadership through University of Gloucestershire.
Working closely with Financial Services Business Owners and Managers, ranging from micro business through to FTSE 100 companies, Ryan helps design and deliver their recruitment strategies, with values of doing what is right for the long term. His work enables his busy clients to effortlessly recruit the most appropriate individuals, allowing them to unlock their next stage of growth.
Furthermore, as a forward-thinking Managing Director, he leads our team of highly skilled Recruitment Consultants with a constant focus on meeting and delivering on their needs before they even require it. In addition, he designs and deliver the group companies marketing strategy to attract the attention of our targeted audience and create excellent brand perception.
