Job description

Are you an experienced Pensions and Investments Administrator looking to work within a supportive and friendly team? 

As a Pensions and Investments Administrator, you will be providing administrative support to the Managing Director and other Financial Advisors. Your duties will include:

  • Obtain current fund values for investments and create reports from this information
  • Carry out various research activities to assist the advice process
  • Obtain pensions, life and investments valuations and quotes for the Financial Advisors
  • Manage the process of distributing letters of authority
  • Manage platform funds on an ongoing basis
  • Undertake general administrative duties

Pensions and Investments Administrator Requirements

  • You should have experience of supporting Financial Advisors, e.g. as a Financial Planning Administrator
  • Experience of using platforms would be beneficial
  • Experience of using Intelligent Office would be beneficial

Pensions and Investments Administrator Benefits

  • Salary of £20,000 to £27,500
  • Normal working hours of 8:45 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday 
  • Currently home based role due to Covid, however would return to office based
  • Free Parking onsite
