Paul joined the team at the end of 2013. Paul's background was 20 years in banking until the mid-90's. During his time there, he supported the formation of the intermediary service to Nat West Home Loans and trained their team of BDMs before becoming a Financial Adviser for Nat West Life. He subsequently spent 10 years with one of the country's major mortgage packagers and was promoted to Sales & Marketing Director. As a recruiter for the past 20 years with some major IFA companies, Paul has been a successful Business Manager with companies such as Financial and Positive Solutions, responsible for business development initiatives and helping them grow their sales force. Paul is now utilising his knowledge and experience gained to endeavour to find the best solution for candidates. His philosophy is to listen to what the customer wants. As well as Paul regularly recruiting candidates to meet our clients' needs, he actively sources companies wishing to retire or exit from the industry for acquisition. Outside work, Paul enjoys rambling, cycling, fishing, travelling, fine food dining and is an enthusiast of classic cars.
