Our client is looking to recruit a Paraplanner as part of their exciting growth plans over the next 5 years

As a Paraplanner, you will be supporting their team of Financial Advisors and Chartered Financial Planners. Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving debriefings from the Advisors post meeting and actioning required tasks
• Analysing and interpreting data when researching to provide appropriate solutions
• Provide records to support the undertaken research
• Preparing existing client files ready for reviews
• Draft suitability reports and client illustrations
• Proposing and drafting financial solutions that meet each client’s goals, needs and objectives.

Paraplanner Requirements

• You should ideally have 2+ years’ experience as a Paraplanner in an independent Financial Planning firm
• Must hold your Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or close to achieving this
• You must have a clear understanding of the financial planning process
• You should be able to produce professional reports

This Chartered Financial Planning firm was established in 2009 and provides a modern approach to financial planning for their corporate and HNW private clients. The firm believe in providing mentoring and development for their team and would develop your technical skills and knowledge

 Paraplanner Benefits

• Paraplanner salary of £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience and qualifications
• Plus 4x DIS, employer pension contribution, flexible working hours, free parking and financial support towards industry qualifications
• Mainly office based with potential for some work from home, for the right individual
