Are you looking to work for a vibrant, friendly Paraplanner team supporting highly effective Independent Financial Advisers?

The Company

Nearing their 20 years anniversary of establishment, this firm of Independent Financial Advisers is a friendly yet highly professional team. They focus on providing their clients first class service through their team of experienced Independent Financial Advisers and dedicated back office support structure. The business is well placed to continue growing by recruiting quality Paraplanners.

Paraplanner responsibilities

As a Paraplanner, you will be focused on working closely with their experienced Independent Financial Advisers to ensure clients are provided with unbiased advice, bespoke to their specific needs. Your duties will focus on covering the full client journey, including conducting research to source suitable solutions; completing the suitability report and liaising with the Administrators to ensure business is accurately processed and systems are correctly updated.

Team Support

You will be working within a highly successful team of IFAs, Paraplanners and Support Staff. Therefore, will have access to specialist knowledge to bounce ideas around.

Paraplanner requirements to be considered

  • You should have experience as a Paraplanner
  • You should have strong knowledge of investments and pensions
  • Ideally, you should be Level 4 DipFA qualified (will consider individuals working towards this)

Paraplanner benefits

  • Basic salary of between £22,000 to £32,000 dependent upon qualifications and experience

  • Working from their recently renovated, professional offices 
  • Normal working hours of 9 – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (may be expectation to stay on to fulfil your duties – plus possible flexible working hours, which are office dependent)
