Job description

This Office Administrator job in Weybridge is available for individuals interested in working within the Financial Services industry.

As an Office Administrator, you will be actively supporting their busy Financial Advisors. You will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the office. Your duties will include:

  • Assist the team and customers by providing seamless business administration
  • Acting as first point of contact for the company with its customers
  • Provide admin support to the wider team
  • Booking meetings on behalf of the Financial Advisers
  • Welcome and greeting guests as they enter the reception
  • Answering telephone calls and assisting where possible

Office Administrator Requirements

  • Ideally, you should have 3+ years’ experience of office administration
  • Ideally, you should be qualified to GCSE or A level standard
