This employed, home based, Mortgage Advisor job provides a regular flow of circa 8 pre-qualified appointments and leads per week, for you to write excellent levels of business.

Their team of Mortgage Advisors are regularly writing 2 mortgages a week, with a high cross-sale rate of protection from the leads provided. No pressure to self-generate, however anything you can do is always welcomed.

They provide a tiered bonus structure, starting at 15% bonus on banked income, with no salary validation required!

You will be providing advice through a mixture of different methods including face to face, video and telephone.

Plus, you will receive mortgage administration support, so that you can focus on advising clients on mortgage and protection products.

Mortgage Advisor Requirements

• You should have 2+ years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor and be fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
• Individuals with experience in an estate agency would be preferable
• You should be motivated and driven to exceed within the mortgage advice industry
• You should have excellent customer service standards

They have a friendly team and are keen to continue growing throughout 2022.  

Mortgage Advisor Benefits

• Salary of £26,000 - £28,000 with OTE of £45,000- £60,000
• Tiered bonus structure with no salary validation
• Equipment provided to enable home working, including laptop and IT software
• Option to be fully home based
• If you are in Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire, Oxford, Kent, Surrey, or London then you have the option to be hybrid or branch based
• Working 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday with day off in lieu
• Self-employed option Available with OTE £55,000+
