Our dynamic client company is a growing mortgage brokerage with specialist divisions working closely with high earning industries. This brokerage is an Appointed Representative of one of the UK’s leading whole of market mortgage networks which has been recognised with over 50 awards in the last 5 years. They have developed a strong team of 22 Advisers supported by Administrators and their Management team.
Clients and business opportunities – Mortgage Adviser (2 vacancies)
With endorsements from professional groups and some exclusive relationships to recommend their services, they are inundated with enquiries. Through their specialist teams understanding the pressures and typical obstacles faced, they are able to easily guide their clients through the mortgage process and regularly receive referrals. Due to the level of leads provided, self-generated business is not required.
Clients and business opportunities – New Build Adviser (1 vacancy)
They have established strong relationships with major new build property developers, therefore regularly receive enquiries from the New Sales Negotiators. In addition, you would look to attend 2 – 3 new build events each year to identify new business opportunities. For this role, you must be flexible to work weekends and be ‘on call’ to take new enquiries over the telephone over the weekend (you would be paid a premium for weekend working).
Requirements to be considered
For this role you should be fully CeMAP qualified and ideally have experience in targeted sales with an element of insurance sales. With the first class training support provided and ability to work within an office of likeminded individuals you should the motivation to succeed.
Typical salary of £20,000 - £27,000 plus bonuses; OTE of £40,000 - £60,000
Self-employed option with OTE of £60,000 - £100,000+ with income funding for first 3 months
Additional bonus received from all protection sales made by the expert team of Protection Advisers
All leads provided – no requirement for self-generation
Dedicated Administration team to support you post application
Normal working hours Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
