to join a growing IFA firm that will provide excellent mentoring.

You will work closely alongside
a Director of the business, which will provide excellent insight into providing
high quality financial planning advice. This will include undertaking administrative
support duties for them, attending client meetings and learning the skills
required to become an effective Financial Advisor.

The plan is for you to progress
towards providing your own advice to clients within 12 – 24 months, depending
on your pace of progression, qualifications and skill. The company would
support with providing you with existing clients to undertake their ongoing
servicing and feed further clients into you as you develop.

Requirements

• You must hold your part or full Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice
  (or equivalent)
• You should have current experience within financial planning, either
  as an IFA Administrator, Paraplanner or Trainee Financial Advisor
• You should be ambitious, driven, and career-minded individual
