This Senior Paraplanner / Paraplanner Team Leader job in
North Manchester is an excellent opportunity to join a growing firm.
You will be leading a team of 3 Paraplanners, who support a
team of 4 – 5 Financial Advisors, providing holistic financial planning to HNW
and UHNW clients. Alongside, managing the team, you will also be writing suitability
reports yourself. The Financial Advisors cover full financial planning,
cashflow modelling, investments, retirement planning, pension transfers, estate
planning and other investment types.
You will be interacting directly with the management team to
provide first class financial advice support to the Financial Advisors. You would
act as a ‘Planning Champion’ to support the professional development of your
technical colleagues.
The business would support career progression, through
helping you to achieve your Chartered qualifications. In addition, as the
business continues to grow, there could be potential for routes into either
advice or management roles.
Senior Paraplanner / Paraplanner Team Leader Requirements
- You must hold minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial
Planning or equivalent - Ideally, you should be on route to undertaking
some Chartered qualifications - You must have excellent experience as a
Paraplanner - You should have experience as a Team Leader or
Deputy Team Leader - Experience of using Intelligent Office would be highly
advantageous

Senior Paraplanner / Paraplanner Team Leader Benefits
- Salary of £45,000 – £50,000
- Plus, discretionary bonus, 25 days holiday +
bank holidays, 4x DIS (after 6 months) and 4% employer pension contribution - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm,
30 minutes lunch break - Mainly office based role with up to 2 days
working from home once established in the role
