This Senior Financial Planning
Administrator job in Newport, Shropshire is ideal for an individual with
experience as an Administrator within a financial planning firm and has some leadership experience
As a Senior Financial Planning
Administrator you will be focused on providing full administrative support to
the team of Financial Advisors. You will be undertaking a mixture of technical
tasks and relationship management duties some of which include:
- Acting a main liaison between the Paraplanners and Financial
Advisors - Obtaining required information on behalf of the Financial Advisor
- Process new business cases
- Acting as a primary point of contact for clients and other third
parties - Managing diaries for the Financial Advisors
- Managing the leads / enquiries and allocating to relevant Financial
Advisors - Supporting the full advice cycle for clients
- Identifying missed opportunities and prompting the Advisors where
required
You will be joining a team of
20, who enjoy working closely together to achieve the best outcomes for
clients. This role is available due to internal progression.
Senior Financial Planning Administrator
Requirements
- Ideally will have some experience working as an Administrator
within a Financial Planning practice - Candidates holding industry qualifications would be beneficial, but
not essential - Candidates with experience of working within small / medium teams
would be beneficial - Ideally, you should have some experience of leading / managing a small team
- You should live locally to Newport, Shropshire
