Description

Do you have experience managing a team of Paraplanners and
seeking your next role as Paraplanning Manager?

Our client, is a national IFA firm who are looking for an
experienced individual to manage a team of Paraplanners, acting as their line
manager and ensuring the team produce efficient and accurate research and reports
for their IFAs. This is a new role being created to help facilitate their growth as a business.

As Paraplanning Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing, training and developing your team of
    Paraplanners
  • Recruiting new team members as and when required
  • Operational management through managing staffing
    / workflow issues and resolving them quickly
  • Provide feedback and coaching to develop and
    enhance your team
  • Undertake periodic checks to ensure cases meet
    and exceed agreed standards
  • Identify areas and processes which can be
    improved
  • Act as a go-to person for complex queries where
    appropriate
  • Ensure your team and business are always ahead
    of regulatory changes

This is an excellent position for an individual looking to
be within a management role within paraplanning.

Paraplanning Manager Requirements

  • You must hold your full Level 4 Diploma in
    Financial Planning
  • You must have excellent knowledge and experience
    of paraplanning duties including thorough research and report writing
  • You should have experience within an IFA business
  • You should have high accuracy and attention to
    detail
  • You should have experience of leading / managing
    6+ Paraplanners

Paraplanning Manager Benefits

    of £49,000 – £67,000 depending on experience

    days office based in Bromsgrove and 2 days from home
  • Varied
    working times available of 8am – 4pm, 9am – 5pm or 10am – 6pm to suit your
    schedule
