Mortgage Advisor

This employed Mortgage Advisor job in Leamington Spa with
salary of circa £40,000 is available as part of an exciting new joint venture
between our client, an established IFA firm and a Property Management / Estate
Agency business.

You will receive leads from the property management
business, with around 75% of your work being residential mortgages and 25%
being commercial mortgages. In addition, the IFA firm currently outsource their
mortgages to a third party, therefore by you joining the business, you will be
able to receive mortgage leads from their team of 10+ Financial Advisors.

Due to an element of the role being commercial mortgages,
you must have experience of these types of cases.

In addition, as it is a new venture, the business would like
the Mortgage Advisor to be largely office based to provide greatest level of
success to the partnership. They are happy for you to have an element of hybrid
working.

Mortgage Advisor Requirements

• You
  should be a Mortgage Advisor with experience of delivering quality client
  service
• You
  should have good track record of converting enquiries
• You
  must have 4+ years’ experience of both residential and commercial mortgages
• You
  must be fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
