play a key part in a growing business.

You will be provided with 220 active clients to contact regarding their
mortgage and protection needs. Plus, this provides excellent opportunity to
seek referrals.

Alongside the leads provided, you should look to grow your client bank
through your personal network and lead generation methods.

The business would support your progression to become Level 4 Diploma
qualified and offer financial planning advice to clients as well.

Alternatively, the business owner would be happy for you to become a
Senior Mortgage Advisor and significantly grow the mortgage division, including
building a small team.

Potential Shares

As a forward thinking business, the Director would potentially consider you
buying into business after a number of years.

Mortgage Advisor Requirements

• You
  must hold full CeMAP or equivalent
• You
  must have experience as a Mortgage Advisor
