Mortgage Advisor

Our client is a well established mortgage brokerage in the
Stourbridge area. Due to producing lots of high quality leads, they are looking
to recruit a Mortgage Advisor into their team

The business is proud of their local positioning, as such, majority
of the leads will be in the Stourbridge and Halesowen area. From the leads provided,
this will provide you with an excellent ability to build on your client bank
and develop a source of repeat business and opportunity for referrals.

Naturally, any self-generation you can do will be beneficial.

The business is passionate about the importance of
protecting mortgages so clients are less likely to be financial vulnerable in
the future, which is something you should also believe in.

You will receive full administration support with help
keying in the application, plus dedicated Case Managers chasing the application
for you through to completion and even a ‘New Home’ card being sent out on your
behalf.

In addition, the business would support your progression to
become Diploma qualified and begin offering financial planning advice, if this
was of interest to you

Mortgage Advisor Requirements

• You
  should have experience as a Mortgage Advisor within a brokerage
  environment (i.e. whole of market or multi-tied)
• You
  must hold full CeMAP or equivalent
