Mortgage Adviser

This employed Mortgage Adviser job in Shoreham-by-Sea
provides opportunity to join a highly rated Mortgage Brokerage, with a regular
flow of quality leads. This role will appeal to driven, motivated Mortgage
Advisers looking to bank £150k+

The business has successfully built strong foundations and
is looking to expand the team to the next level. You will be providing mortgage
and protection advice to their clients, with majority of advice being delivered
by telephone.

You will be provided with consistent, high quality leads
that have 50% – 75% conversion rate from lead to application. This should
enable you to achieve circa 10+ mortgages per month.

In addition, you will receive administration support from
their in-house Administrators who will chase the cases through to completion.

The business has a large, untapped protection opportunity,
therefore this role is very exciting to an individual who is also skilled in
providing quality protection advice.

Mortgage Adviser Requirements

• You must have 3+ years of experience as a
  Mortgage Adviser
• You must be fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
• You must have ambitions to be a top performer
  and convert high levels of business
• Experience in writing good levels of protection
  would be advantageous
