Our client specialises in financial planning and offers
investment, pension advice and retirement planning to HNW clients. This is a
fantastic industry to be within, with well-paid, secure jobs!
You will be working closely with their Senior Administrators,
supporting their Paraplanners and Financial Advisors. Your responsibilities
will include:
- Ensuring
all client files are maintained accurately and scanning relevant documentation - Dealing
with incoming and outgoing post - Liaising
with investment providers and obtaining outstanding information - Updating
the company’s social media and website with marketing posts / content - Be involved
in their weekly meetings to discuss cases and outstanding tasks - Provide
clients with information and arrange their appointments to meet the
Financial Advisors
Junior Administrator Requirements
- You must
be qualified to A-level standard or equivalent - You must
have strong verbal and written communication - You must
be confident using Microsoft Office and Google applications - You must
have a positive attitude to learning and desire to join the financial services
industry - You must
have a strong eye for detail
