Are you an experienced Financial Advisor seeking a
self-employed position within a directly authorised, IFA firm that provides a
supportive, straight-forward proposition?

They have 30+ IFAs who enjoy being part of the business, due
to being able to offer independent, unbiased financial advice, with the
autonomy to put clients’ best interests at the heart of everything you do.

This proposition is well suited to experienced Financial
Advisors for the following reasons:

  • Excellent IT systems with paperless environment
    and continued adoption of developments in technology
  • Access to full paraplanning, administration and
    technical support services
  • Continued desire to create effective and
    efficient systems that mean you can focus on doing business, rather than
    creating headaches for you
  • Ability to have equity participation in the
    company, showing the company’s desire to have long term partnerships with their
    Financial Advisors
  • Clear, straightforward commission structure, with
    100% paid to you upon achieving set threshold
  • Continued support and development programmes
    should you wish to expand your technical knowledge (funded by the company)
  • In-house full or part practice buy-out option
    available should you wish to sell all or part of your clients in the future

To be an appropriate candidate for this position, it is important
you have ability to bring clients and continue to generate your own clients. As
such, it is recommended you have a business plan on how to successfully achieve
this. However, you won’t be on your own, as you will be provided marketing assistance
and support in organising events to expand this further.

Requirements to be considered

You should be an experienced Level 4 Diploma qualified
Financial Advisor looking to benefit from being part of a dynamic forward
looking company. Being positive and highly motivated is key and you should have
the ability to work remotely. You should have a transferable client bank.
