Description

This remote based, IFA Acquisition Team Leader job
is ideal for individuals experienced within IFA firms and managing the novation
of clients

As IFA Acquisition Team Leader, you will lead the
operations team focused on integrating and novating their current and future
acquisitions. As such your responsibilities will include:

  • Be first line support for escalations regarding novation and
    operation support queries
  • Be first line manager for the operations team
  • Responsible for the teams combined projects providing regular updates
    to the Head of Operation
  • Complete validation checks to ensure the plans have been correctly novated
  • Support the wider operations team when required

This role can also be available as a Senior
Acquisitions Support, without the first line manager responsibilities, if preferred

IFA Acquisition Team Leader Requirements

  • You must have experience of novating clients / onboarding
    acquisitions within a financial planning firm
  • Individuals with experience of working for a national firm would be
    preferred
  • You should have team leader experience (if applying for this responsibility)
  • You should be motivated by the prospect of joining a growing
    business and the exciting change this brings

IFA Acquisition Team Leader Benefits

  • Salary in the region of £35,000
