Financial Planning Administrator

This Financial Planning
Administrator job is well suited to career minded individuals with long term ambitions to
become a Paraplanner and then a Financial Adviser

You will be supporting a busy
Financial Adviser with ambitions to increase his funds under management by £5m
every 6 months. The plan is for you to join as a Financial Planning
Administrator and enable him to work more efficiently. Through your close relationship, your own confidence, skills and knowledge will develop with medium term view to become his Paraplanner.

The business is keen to develop Financial Advisers from within, therefore will continue your development with long term plans for you to become a Financial Adviser. Throughout this journey, you will be involved in the full end to end financial planning process.

We are seeking an individual who
throughout this journey, is proactive in utilising all available opportunities to
learn. In addition, you should remain alert to potential business opportunities
to generate new clients and relationships to benefit the overall team.

Financial Planning Administrator
Requirements

• You should be a current Financial Planning Administrator
• Individuals working towards their Diploma in
  Financial Planning would be preferred
• You should be proactive, eager to learn and a team player

• Salary of £27,000 plus up to £3,000 bonus
• Hybrid working, with initially 4 days office based, reducing to 3
  days office based after 6 months
