This Financial Planning Administrator job in Gerrard’s
Cross provides opportunity to join a growing, boutique financial planning firm
As a Financial Planning Administrator you will be
working directly with the Principal Financial Advisor to provide excellent
client service. Your key focus will be to provide detail orientated and timely
administrative support to assist the business running as smoothly as possible.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting with diary
management to organise client appointments - Prepare client meeting
packs and obtain missing information prior to the appointments - Identifying upcoming tasks
and completing them in a timely manner - Submitting new business
and tracking cases through their client database - Input
information onto sales system and platform system - Maintaining
and updating client records - Responding
to client queries and requests for information - Ensuring
all tasks are completed in a compliant manner
Also, you will be working with
the Principal Financial Advisor in creating new administrative processes to develop
a smooth and efficient method of work.
Financial Planning Administrator Requirements
- You should be an experienced Administrator within Financial
Services, either within a financial planning firm or provider - This role requires you to be highly organised
- You must be happy to work as part of a small team, and be happy to
work together on the collective goal

that was first established in 2011 by the Founder and Financial Advisor. The
Founder is passionate about offering each client, personalised solutions
matching their needs. They are currently in search for an experienced Financial
Planning Administrator to support the growth of this business.
