Financial Adviser

Our client is seeking a Financial Adviser with 2 – 3 years’
advising experience who is looking for the right step in their career journey,
through joining a medium size, supportive team, within a privately owned
business.

You will be provided with some new and existing clients for
you to undertake holistic financial planning reviews with. Your aim should be
to build strong relationships and fully understand their current and future
financial objectives, and build the right solutions to help them achieve these
goals.

The business has a team of ambitious, proactive individuals,
who enjoy winning new business and building their client portfolio, year after
year. Therefore, you should look to embody this approach, as our client will
reward you for your efforts and recognise the value you bring to the business.

You will be working alongside the business owner, a
Chartered Financial Adviser (potentially 2) and a highly supportive Operations
Director. Therefore, you have immediate access to a team of knowledgeable
individuals that can mentor you as you grow in this role. In addition, they
will provide you with paraplanning and administration support to enable you to
focus on client activities.

Financial Adviser Requirements 

• You
  should have 2 – 3+ years’ experience as a Financial Adviser
• You
  should hold minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
• Individuals
  working towards Chartered would be advantageous, but not expected

Financial Adviser Benefits 

• Salary
  of £50,000 – £52,000 depending on experience and qualifications
• Good
  bonus structure with OTE of £80,000+

  car allowance
• Hybrid
  working (2 days office based and 3 days home), with mixture of working
  from home and their prestigious office in London and seeing clients
• You
  will be joining a successful team of c.14 individuals who enjoy sharing
  each other’s success and foster a collaborative approach
