Finance Director

This Finance Director job in Gloucestershire, is to take over the
financial responsibilities of a Retail Consumer and Business Finance firm who
provide regulated and unregulated lending, with specialist focus within the
‘buy now, pay later’ sector.

The business is due to embark upon their growth phase, which will see
their new lending and loan book considerably increase. As such, are seeking a
Finance Director to appropriately manage the inflows and outflows of the business and create suitable lending products.

You will be responsible for the financial strategy and control of the
firm. Plus, be responsible for maintaining the funding and bank relationships.

Our client company has established excellent infrastructure with a
well-functioning team who are empowered to use their initiative and deliver
results.

As Finance Director of a FCA regulated firm, you will need to hold Senior Manager
Function 3 (SMF3) certified status once in position.

Finance Director Requirements

• You must have Director or
  C-Level experience within the credit / lending industry, with keen focus
  on individuals within consumer and business lending market
• You should have business
  contacts you can utilise in this position
• You must have a clean
  credit, criminal and employment record to be SMF3 authorised
• You must not have been
  disqualified or disbarred from being a Company Director
• You must not hold 10% or
  more shares in any company

Finance Director Benefits

• Salary of £100,000 –
  £150,000 depending on experience
• Plus bonuses and benefits to
  be negotiated at interview
• You should be comfortable
  and see benefit in being regularly present in the office in
  Gloucestershire
• Some home working available
