This Customer Relations Officer Job in Farnborough
is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with experience Customer relations
in Financial Services to join a well-respected business.

You will be reviewing customer complaints and
disputes in accordance to the procedural and timescale requirements of the FCA.

Your main duties as a Customer Relations Officer will
include:

  • Ensuring all customer cases are
    handled in a timely and effective manner
  • Manage a personal caseload of
    customer complaints in line with FCA guidance
  •  Analyse complaints and use root
    cause analysis in an effort to improve ongoing efficiency and effectiveness for
    customer relations within the business

Customer Relations Officer Requirements

  • We are seeking individuals with 3+ experience in a Customer
    Relations or Complaints handlining role with and investments or pensions
    environment.
  • You should have an excellent knowledge of the FCA Complaints
    process
  • You must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You must have good dispute management/resolution skills

Customer Relations Officer Benefits

  • Salary of £40,000 – £45,000 plus Private Medical Insurance, Income

  • 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
