Corporate Benefits Technician

This Corporate Benefits Technician job in Bromsgrove provides
hybrid working and opportunity to join an established financial planning firm

As Corporate Benefits Technician, you will be focused on
supporting their corporate clients and the IFAs who service them. This will be
primarily focused on automatic enrolment and group risk products. Your duties
will include:

• Evaluating pension arrangements and ensure they
  are in line with automatic enrolment compliance
• Arranging calls between scheme, payroll providers
  and clients where required
• Overseeing member communications
• Ensuring group risk products remain suitable through
  researching the whole of market
• Supporting client queries
• Providing technical support to the Corporate
  Benefit Advisers as part of the recommendation process

Corporate Benefits Technician Requirements

• You should
  have a good understanding of group risk products and providers
• You must
  have excellent knowledge of auto-enrolment legislation
• You must
  have experience from a whole-of-market / IFA firm
• You
  must have good working knowledge of Excel

Corporate Benefits Technician Benefits

• Salary
  of £31,000 – £37,000 depending on experience
• 3
  days office based in Bromsgrove and 2 days from home
• Varied
  working times available of 8am – 4pm, 9am – 5pm or 10am – 6pm to suit your
  schedule
