Description
Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to
drive the uptake of their financial planning and discretionary investment
management services to create inflows of new business.
As Business Development Manager, your focus should be on
finding and attracting private individuals to become clients and also
professional introducers to generate regular flow of referrals. As the group
company consists of a Chartered financial planning firm and its own discretionary
investment management service, the aim is for you to generate clients that can benefit
from both services.
Alongside growth of new business, you should be on hand to
support with ongoing relationship management to retain business.
Their Chartered financial planning team provide holistic financial
planning tailored to each client’s individual needs. Their highly knowledgeable
and personable approach enables them to achieve long term relationships with
their HNW and UHNW clients. In addition, they are recognised as one of the
fastest growing Wealth Managers in the UK. Their asset management provides superior
and consistent investment returns, alongside personalised service due to being
bespoke and nimble in their approach.
They have recently appointed a Strategic Marketing Manager
who you will be able to work closely alongside on marketing campaigns.
Business Development Manager Requirements
- You
should be a Business Development Manager within the financial planning, investment
management / DFM sector - You
should be well connected and be confident in being able to create business
opportunities - You
should be a proactive individual - You
should be comfortable joining an upcoming player in the market and getting
stuck into all parts of your role and other duties outside of your normal
remit, due to working within a small team
