Jason joined our team in 2016 with 14 years' previous experience in financial services recruitment within a national agency, becoming the top introducer for both Barclays and the Royal Bank of Scotland before moving into the role of Operations Director. Prior to his recruitment career, Jason was Branch Manager for a computer company working with personal & corporate clients. Jason's strength is in creating strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and gaining a thorough understanding of each of their needs. In his spare time, Jason enjoys keeping fit, has a keen interest in science & technology and also enjoys hiking in the countryside with his wife Alyson.
