Job description

This Interim HR Manager job is available on a 14 month, fixed term contract within an organisation that maintains people strategies as part of their vision and business goals

As Interim HR Manager, your purpose will be to support and lead the HR team of 3, to ensure HR tasks are carried out effectively. You will be the go-to person for Managers across the business for HR queries.

HR Manager Requirements

 

  • Essential, for you to have experience within HR and knowledge of managing employee relations and supporting Managers
  • You must be confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable using HR software (ideally, SelectHR, Chris21 and Zest
  • Ideally, you should be qualified to Level 5 or above from CIPD
  • Experience within Financial Services would be advantageous
  • Experience of managing a HR team would be advantageous

 

Start Date

Ideally, early August
