Job description

This remote based IFA Sales Trainer job is ideal for an experienced individual looking to join a rapidly growing financial planning firm.

As the Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for the delivery of the sales process training across the group, with focus on the newly acquired businesses. As such, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing effective induction programmes for acquired businesses, which will include Financial Advisors, Paraplanners and Administrators
  • Produce in-house training materials
  • Create and deliver a range of training using, classroom, online and blended learning
  • Maintain accurate trainee progress records
  • Identify training and development needs within the newly acquired businesses
  • Assess and consider the costs of planned training programmes

IFA Sales Trainer Requirements

  • You should have 2+ years’ experience in training through 1:1s and groups
  • You should have experience within financial planning industry
  • Previous experience in training acquired businesses would be advantageous
  • Industry qualifications such as Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning would be desirable
  • You must be willing to travel as part of your role
