This remote based Head of Integrations job is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing financial planning firm making regular acquisitions across the UK.

As Head of Integrations, you will manage the integration of all company acquisitions into the group framework. Your responsibilities will include:

• Head the integrations department to ensure smooth transition of all acquisition projects and develop the team over time to meet increasing requirements
• Co-ordinate with the acquisitions team to ensure due diligence on potential acquisitions is completed to high standard, identifying opportunities and risks pre completion
• Produce detailed reports of potential acquisitions, making recommendations on the integration strategy and develop timelines
• Oversee all integration training programmes
• Oversee data analysis activities

Head of Integrations Requirements

• You should have experience in mergers and acquisitions integration
• You should have 2+ years’ experience in a relevant role within a financial planning industry
• You must be enthusiastic for your profession; be forward thinking; do the right thing and actively care for your clients and colleagues
• You must be willing to travel as part of your role

• Salary of up to £80,000
