This family run, financial services firm has been established for over 25 years and now has a strong brand within Mortgages, Protection, Investments and Pensions. They are recruiting for a Financial Services Administrator within the Leicestershire area to further develop their successful team.
Roles and responsibilities
You will be working closely to help support 2 Financial Advisers through efficiently processing business and undertaking effective management of day-to-day tasks. Your duties will include:
Diary management to book in all relevant business and personal commitments
Prepare documentation and client meeting packs for the Adviser prior to their meeting
Liaising with clients to obtain any additional required information, following the meeting
Prepare calculations to assist in assessing the clients’ financial planning and protection needs
Accurately use their software on a daily basis
Offer support to team members when required
Training and Development
Excellent training will be provided to ensure you are effective and efficient in your role. Proven training model in place to take inexperienced individuals through to being highly confident in their role as an Administrator.
Requirements to be considered
Ideally you should have 1 – 2 years’ experience as an Administrator within financial planning. Plus, have good time management skills, be able to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks to ensure they are completed in a compliant manner.
Salary of £14,000 - £22,000 pa dependent on experience
