This Financial Planning Administrator job in Aberdeen is a fantastic career opportunity to join a long-established Financial Planning Firm

In your role as a Financial Planning Administrator, you will be proactively supporting their Financial Advisors through the following responsibilities:

• Preparing documents for meetings, gathering data on financial policies / investments
• Carrying out basic investment research
• Input information onto sales system and platform system
• Make and receive calls with clients
• Perform general office tasks to help with the running of a small team
• Drafting and pre-completing application forms and letters
• Maintaining and updating client records

This company will also offer progression into Paraplanning for the right individual

Financial Planning Administrator Requirements

• Ideally you will have experienced as a Financial Services Administrator
• This company will consider non industry administrators who hold 3 years’ office administration experience and have client interaction experience
• High level of personal honesty and integrity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office
• Must live local to the office

Financial Planning Administrator Benefits

• Salary of £25,000 - £30,000 for Financial Services experienced Administrators
• Salary of £23,000 - £25,000 for Non industry experienced Administrators  
• Office based Monday to Thursday (Fridays working from home) with normal working hours 9am – 5pm
