Are you an experienced Financial Advisor looking to be allocated recently acquired clients plus grow your own business?

The Company

This established firm of Financial Advisers has ambitious growth plans for client acquisition and Adviser recruitment. They are looking to expand their current team of 12 Financial Advisors by a further 14 in 2018.

Clients and business opportunities

From undertaking a number of acquisitions and from organic growth, they have built up £450m of funds under management with circa 3,000 clients! As part of their business model, clients from newly acquired financial advice firms are distributed between their current and new Financial Advisors for servicing. Therefore, not only will you receive some active clients to get started with on joining, but you will also be allocated some additional acquired clients in the future from further acquisitions! In addition, you will be provided with marketing and business development support from a dedicated Business Development Manager to establish new professional contacts in your area.

You should have a robust business plan on how to self-generate at least £60k of fee revenue from existing clients and / or referrals. As their policy is to not micro-manage their team, you should be able to use your own initiative and be self-motivated to achieve personally set targets. Many of their current team are now achieving £10k+ gross per month.


You will benefit from a highly effective paraplanning and administration back-office support team based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire that supports their Advisers with booking appointments, putting together meetings packs, LOA’s, carrying out fund research, preparing client reports and suitability letters – helping free up time in your diary to hold more client meetings!

Requirements to be considered

You should be an experienced DipFA Adviser with gravitas to build long-term relationships with HNW clients. Plus have ability to create a business plan on how to generate £60k+ and desire to be achieving over £100k per annum.


Employed or self-employed options
OTE of £80,000+
Ability to transfer your clients easily without moving their investment so that you can still retain fee income without disrupting them
Operating within a highly respected network which guarantees your advice; helping to de-risk potential claims
Self-generated clients are ring fenced on joining – plus an option can be built in to your contract for exit planning to obtain regular valuations on how your capital is developing
