They are looking to expand their current team of 12 Financial Advisers.
Clients and business opportunities as a Financial Adviser
From undertaking a number of acquisitions and from organic growth, they have built up £600m of funds under management with majority from HNW clients! Their dedicated Business Development Manager works closely with their Financial Advisers to create marketing / networking strategies. In addition, he will support you in approaching new professional connections to build referral relationships.
Success of their current Financial Advisers
They have grown a successful team of Financial Advisers that each joined with little of their own business, however by following the marketing strategy have grown strong income producing client banks!
You will benefit from a highly effective paraplanning and administration back-office support team based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire that supports their Financial Advisers with booking appointments, putting together meetings packs, LOA’s, carrying out fund research, preparing client reports and suitability letters – helping free up time in your diary to hold more client meetings!
Requirements to be considered as a Financial Adviser
You should be an experienced DipFA qualified Financial Adviser with gravitas to build long-term relationships with HNW clients. Plus have ability to create a business plan on how to generate £60k+ and desire to be achieving over £100k per annum.
- Salary of £30,000 - £50,000 with review at 6 months
- OTE of £80,000+
- Plus self-employed option
- Ability to transfer your clients easily without moving their investment so that you can still retain fee income without disrupting them
- Operating within a highly respected network which guarantees your advice; helping to de-risk potential claims
- Self-generated clients are ring fenced on joining – plus an option can be built in to your contract for exit planning to obtain regular valuations on how your capital is developing
- The business does not micro-manage their team
