Are you an Equity Release Advisor or Mortgage Advisor looking to enter equity release and keen to join one of the UK’s leading specialists? 

Our client is looking to grow their team of Equity Release Advisors, who advise over video and telephone and some face-to-face. You will receive 4 - 5 qualified leads per week, which should generate 2 - 3 cases per week.

You will be responsible for the client relationship, fact find, research, suitability letter creation and completion of paperwork. You will stay with the customer throughout the journey until business has been banked but there is a back office team who will chase up valuers, solicitors, providers etc.

Equity Release Advisor Requirements

• Ideally you should have experience of providing equity release / lifetime mortgage advisor
• Would consider experienced Mortgage Advisors who hold the Equity Release qualification (CeRER or ER1)

Employment Type Options and Benefits

Employed Equity Release Advisor

• Salary of £28,000 + £2,000 pa car allowance
• Realistic OTE of £40,000+ with exceptional advisors able to earn c.£50,000
• Mileage reimbursement 
• Excellent support team available to provide advice and guidance

Self-employed Equity Release Advisor

• Self-employed option available with OTE of c.£50,000+ with some top Equity Release Advisors earning £100,000
• Excellent support team available to provide advice and guidance
