This employed, home based Equity Release Advisor job is within a leading name in the industry

You will receive pre-qualified, booked appointments with clients requiring equity release advice. The appointments have to go through a screening process by their in-house team before booking in your diary

Your equity release advice appointments are a mixture via phone, Zoom or face-to-face, depending on the client’s requirements and preference

You will receive a comprehensive induction course, mostly held virtually plus some face-to-face training

Any offer of employment is subject to obtaining ER1 or CeRER

Equity Release Advisor Requirements

• You must be a current Equity Release Advisor, Mortgage Advisor or Financial Advisor
• Preference towards candidates already holding ER1 or CeRER and have experience of equity release advice
• You must be comfortable creating suitability letters

Equity Release Advisor Benefits

• Salary of £30,000 - £36,000 plus quarterly bonuses with OTE of £50,000 - £60,000
• Plus £4,560 pa car allowance
• Pension contribution of 5% employer and 3% employee

• Home based role with some travel to clients within 1hr 15 minutes of your home
