Dylan joined Premier Jobs UK in May 2021, on a Level 3 Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship which he passed with distinction in June 2022. Prior background in the British Army and Hospitality sector means that Dylan is very motivated, detailed orientated and loves working with other people - providing the best service for his candidates and clients. In April 2023, Dylan was promoted to become Recruitment Manager, leading a team of Recruitment Consultants. Dylan is very passionate about cooking and specifically baking, and has made some very impressive cakes during his previous career.

In April 2022 Dylan became a Dad, so has a very busy schedule outside of work and also likes to watch his beloved Liverpool FC and also follows Rugby. Dylan is an animal lover and cares for his pet guinea pigs & budgies. He is also a keen aquarist and has over 80 tropical aquarium fish he cares for and supports the WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature) and has adopted a Jaguar.
