Following the closure of CIS salesforce Derek was a Recruitment Director and Business Manager of two of the UK's largest networks Openwork and Sesame, helping business owners develop their business through quality recruitment and supporting new advisers as they join the firm. When not at work Derek enjoys football and supporting his daughter's partner who is a professional footballer, currently playing for Crewe.
