Job description

This Client Liaison Manager role is a varied position which gives you the opportunity to join a growing boutique, independent, Chartered Financial Planning firm.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the office as well as creating & maintaining client relationships. Some of your Office Manager duties will include;

  • Handling post
  • Purchasing office equipment and stationery
  • Forwarded invoices to the Finance department
  • Responsible for managing the booking of the meeting rooms
  • Answering phones and transferring calls where appropriate

Some of your Client Liaison Manager duties will include;

  • New Client Onboarding onto Intelligent Office (IO)
  • Contact clients to arrange Annual Review meetings
  • Annual Review Meeting Prep
  • Setting up meeting rooms ahead of client meetings as well as sitting in on them

Client Liaison Manager Requirements

  • You must have experience as an Administrator supporting Financial Advisors
  • Experience acting as an Office Manager within a Financial Planning firm would be ideal but not essential
  • Must have experience with Intelligent Office
  • A good understanding of the core Windows Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

This boutique, independent, Chartered Financial Planning firm puts the clients’ personal vision and aspirations at the heart of the matter and focus on growing and protecting their wealth. The business is led by highly respected Directors with strong technical financial planning knowledge and strategic business management skills. They currently have 17 people in the business with 7 being Financial Advisors and 10 in the support team.
