As a Business Quality Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing and file checking cases pre sale, to review the suitability and quality of advice. You will then provide appropriate feedback to the Financial Advisors and Paraplanners, ensuring you use tactful written and verbal communication.
Due to their specialist pension team, there is a priority on ensuring pension advice is check thoroughly, including DB pension transfers.
They support their community and will provide you with 1-day annual allowance for charity work
