Andy joined the team in 2011 having 12 previous' years' experience in recruitment. He started his recruitment career with Sammons Group before establishing the Bristol office of Darwin Rhodes and subsequently running his own recruitment firm APH Recruitment for 6 years specialising in Financial Services. Andy and his family moved to Spain in 2009 and he regularly travels between Spain and the UK for candidate meetings. Andy specialises in Offshore Adviser recruitment within our team as well as supporting the recruitment of advisers and support staff across the UK. He is an avid cricket fan and in his spare time supports Cricket Espana by arranging incoming cricket tours and training camps for international sides, counties and clubs and is also a crew member with The European Cricket Network, promoting the growth of cricket across Europe.
