This well-established financial services firm was founded over 15 years ago and is seeking an Administrator to be part of their growing team. You will be joining a dynamic team of 2 administrators and 4 Advisers who all share a professional approach to clients. This is a busy general practice advising on pensions, investments, mortgages and protection for clients.
Roles and responsibilities
You will be processing applications; preparing client files by gathering information from relevant providers and carrying out research and analysis; preparing the initial stages of the suitability letter and placing funds onto platform where appropriate. Also performing general administrative duties such as: telephone answering; arranging client meetings and managing any client queries.
Requirements to be considered
You should have a minimum of 1 years financial services administration experience and be looking to join a friendly office environment.
· Salary of £18,000 - £25,000
· Office based role with normal working hours (9:30 - 5:30).
· The network provides excellent induction training to enable you to achieve a flying start and on-going support and development.
